Had purchased a 12 pack regular BC BUD DEPOT chem fire and out of the 12 only 2 actually germed.... didn't think nothing of it so I called D back and he replaced the seeds with a whole new kind..you gotta love this guy. Customer satisfaction is what he aims to give. Thanks again Pure Altitude
